Charlie's Angels [PREVIEW]

Check out this preview for the upcoming series Charlie's Angels.

It's finally here! A first look into the much talked about remake. But c'mon, I wanna see Minka Kelly in action! And is it just me, or is there something wonky about the production value, well, at least from this short clip shown to us? (Yes, it was just me. Or my wonky internet connection.)

No matter what, I'll still be watching out for this show. Let's be honest, who wouldn't?

Fall TV 2011 #2

Network and cable stations have been picking up new dramas and comedies now that the current TV season nears its end. I shall list down the shows (with short descriptions from TVLine.com) that I am very much looking forward to this coming September or October.

Charlie’s Angels




WHO: Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights), Rachael Taylor (Grey’s Anatomy), Annie Ilonzeh (General Hospital), Ramon Rodriguez (The Wire)

WHAT: Charlie’s drop-dead gorgeous gang of lady detectives are back in this reboot of the 1970s classic, now set in Miami. Need we say more? Rodriguez is the (very) new Bosley; big-screen Angel Drew Barrymore is an executive producer on the project.

Why I’m excited: Well… IT IS Charlie’s Angels. Aren’t we all even a bit curious as to how this remake will pan out? Remakes don’t really have a good record when in comes to TV, but I’m rooting for Charlie’s Angels 2011 simply because I need more of Minka Kelly! And who doesn’t enjoy watching 3 lovely ladies kicking some butt?

We’ll also be talking about the new dramas and sitcoms networks have been picking-up (Charlie’s Angels! new J.J. Abrams drama!).
